welcome!
→ Please arrive 10-15minutes before class
→ Bring your own yoga mat or rent one for $3
→ Blocks, bolsters, yoga straps, and blankets are available
→ Bring water or non-glass water bottle
→ There is plenty of parking but give your self extra time to find building
→ Introduce yourself to your teacher and let them know anything you think they should know about your practice
→ Be open to possibilities!

First Time Practitioners
Yoga Meditation Foundations
Saturdays 10:30am - 11:30am
Begin your practice with Yoga Meditation Foundations, a set sequence (same poses) covering traditional, foundational yoga poses, breathwork, and meditation techniques.
Doing the same sequence allows for you to deepen your knowledge and confidence by building upon your experience. A strong practice begins with a strong foundation.

Want some refreshing or more specific instruction?
1-1 or small group sessions available
We can cater to your specific needs to support the start, return, or deepening of your practice. Whether you want to work 1-1 or in a small group (2-5 persons), let us know your goal(s) and how we can support you in achieving them.
